国家集中采购药品给高血压患者减轻的经济负担

The Benefits of Drug Centralized Procurement Organized by the State for Patients with Hypertension

目的利用真实世界数据探讨国家集中采购药品给高血压患者带来的福利,为临床提供参考。方法利用医院信息系统,统计2018年4—12月(国家集中采购执行前),与2019年4—12月(国家集中采购执行后)成都市双流区第一人民医院采购的降压药赖诺普利片、氯沙坦钾片及马来酸依那普利片的使用量、使用金额,利用SPSS21.0统计分析,比较2019年与2018年两组数据间有无显著性差异。同时采用限定日剂量(DDD)、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)等对选定的降压药进行统计分析。结果国家集中采购实施前后,本研究选取的3种降压药使用量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);赖诺普利片及氯沙坦钾片在国家集中采购执行后销售金额显著低于国家集中采购前(P<0.05),而马来酸依那普利片销售金额差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。国家集中采购实施后,选定的降压药物DDDs稳步上升,其中氯沙坦片的增幅最大(36.27%),3种降压药DDC明显下降,其中赖诺普利最低为0.24元。结论国家集中采购降压药政策的实施,明显减轻了高血压患者经济负担,有利于患者、家庭及社会的良性循环。

Objective Using real-world data to explore the benefits of national centralized procurement of drugs to patients with hypertension,so as to provide reference for clinical practice.Methods The consumption and amount of lisinopril tablets,losartan potassium tablets and enalapril maleate tablets purchased by the first people’s Hospital of Shuangliu District,Chengdu from April to December 2018(before the implementation of national centralized procurement)and from April to December 2019(after the implementation of national centralized procurement)were counted by.using the hospital information system.SPSS 21.0 was used for statistical analysis to compare whether there was any significant difference between the two groups data in 2019 and 2018.At the same time,the selected antihypertensive drugs were statistically analyzed by defined daily dose(DDD),frequency of drug use(DDDs),defined daily cost(DDC).Results Before and after the implementation of the centralized procurement,there was no significant difference in the sales volume of the three selected hypertension drugs.The sales amount of Lisinopril tablets and Losartan Potassium tablets after the centralized procurement was significantly lower than before the centralized procurement,while the sales amount of Enalapril Maleate tablets had no significant difference.After the implementation of national centralized procurement,the selected antihypertensive drugs DDDs had steadily increased;among them,Losartan tablets had the largest increase(36.27%)DDC had decreased significantly,and lisinopril had the lowest value of 0.24 yuan.Conclusion The implementation of the centralized procurement drugs for hypertension has obviously reduced the economic burden of hypertension patients and is beneficial to the virtuous circle of patients,families and society.
