平衡计分卡在互联网医院绩效评价指标体系构建中的应用

Application of Balanced Score Card in the Construction of Internet Hospital Performance Evaluation Index System

在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控工作常态化的背景下,我国互联网医院数量快速增长,出现了重建设轻管理的现象,缺少相应的评价体系。本文将平衡计分卡理论工具引入互联网医院,以医院主导型互联网医院为主要研究对象,对平衡计分卡应用于互联网医院绩效评价的可行性进行分析研究,从财务、内部流程、患者、可持续发展4个维度,探讨构建基于互联网医院平衡计分卡模型的绩效评价指标体系,以期为科学有效评价互联网医院绩效提供参考。

In the context of normalization of New Coronavirus pneumonia epidemic prevention and control work,the number of Internet hospitals in China has increased rapidly,and the phenomenon of heavy construction and light management has appeared,and the corresponding evaluation system is lacking.This paper introduces the Balanced Score Card theory tool into Internet hospitals,takes the hospital led Internet hospitals as the main research object,analyzes and studies the feasibility of applying the Balanced Score Card to the performance evaluation of Internet hospitals,and discusses the construction of the performance evaluation index system based on the Balanced Score Card Model of Internet hospitals from the four dimensions of finance,internal process,patients and sustainable development,in order to provide reference for promoting Internet hospital performance evaluation.
