半枝莲抗肿瘤生物活性研究进展

Research Progress on Antitumor Bioactivity of Scutellaria Barbata

中草药半枝莲是唇形科植物半枝莲的干燥全草。得益于先进的分离纯化工艺,已证实半枝莲含有多种有效组分,如多糖类、二萜类、黄酮类和少量的三萜类。半枝莲中多糖类、二萜类、黄酮类等有效组分具有多种抗肿瘤机制。目前,传统治疗肿瘤方法有诸多弊端,文章基于查阅大量半枝莲相关文献,综述半枝莲及其药对抗肿瘤活性、名老中医使用半枝莲治疗相关肿瘤实例,阐明半枝莲抗肿瘤机制,为研制新型抗肿瘤药物及避免传统肿瘤治疗手段术后损伤及复发提供理论基础。

Scutellaria barbata,a Chinese herbal medicine is a dried whole plant of the lamiaceae family.Thanks to the advanced separation and purification technology,it has been proved that there are many effective components in the plant,such as polysaccharides,diterpenoids,flavonoids and a small amount of triterpenoids.Studies have shown that polysaccharides,diterpenoids,flavonoids and other effective components in the plant have a variety of anti-tumor mechanisms.At present,in view of the disadvantages of traditional tumor treatment methods,based on a large number of relevant literature consultation,this paper is a summation of both the anti-tumor activity from the plant and its couplet medicines and instances that prestigious senior doctors use the plant to treat related tumors,a clarification of the plant’s anti-tumor mechanism and a theoretical basis for both the research of neo-antitumor drugs and the prevention of the postoperative damnification and palindromia due to the traditional tumor treatments.
