基于BP神经网络模型的恶性肿瘤患者住院费用及影响因素

Analysis of Hospitalization Expenses and Influencing Factors of Malignant Tumor Patients Based on BP Neural Network Model

目的了解2015—2019年宁夏某三甲综合医院恶性肿瘤患者的住院费用基本情况及影响因素,为降低恶性肿瘤患者的住院费用提供建议。方法运用描述性分析、非参数检验和BP神经网络模型对39617例恶性肿瘤患者的住院费用及其影响因素进行分析。结果2015—2019年胃癌、肺癌、乳腺癌始终排在恶性肿瘤的前3位;药品费、诊断费、耗材费及手术费是恶性肿瘤患者住院费用的主要构成;住院天数、是否手术对恶性肿瘤患者住院费用的影响最大,住院天数、入院途径对患者药品费、诊断费和耗材费的影响最大,是否手术、医疗付款方式对患者手术费的影响最大。结论胃癌、肺癌和乳腺癌排在恶性肿瘤的前3位,药品费和诊断费在恶性肿瘤患者住院费用中的占比较高,住院天数、是否手术、入院途径对恶性肿瘤患者住院费用的影响较大。

Objective To understand the basic situation and influencing factors of hospitalization expenses of malignant tumor patients in a third-class general hospital in Ningxia from 2015 to 2019,and to provide suggestions for reducing the hospitalization expenses of malignant tumor patients.Methods Descriptive analysis,non-parametric test and BP neural network model were used to analyze the hospitalization costs and influencing factors of 39617 patients with malignant tumors.Results From 2015 to 2019,gastric cancer,lung cancer and breast cancer always ranked the top 3 in malignant tumor diseases;drug costs,diagnosis costs,consumables and surgical costs were the main components of hospitalization expenses for patients with malignant tumors;hospital day and whether surgery has the greatest impact on the total hospitalization expenses of patients with malignant tumors.Hospital day and the way of admission have the greatest impact on the patient’s drug costs,diagnosis costs and consumables.Whether surgery and medical payment methods have the greatest impact on patients’surgical costs.Conclusion Gastric cancer,lung cancer and breast cancer ranked the top 3 in malignant tumor diseases.Drug costs and diagnostic costs accounts for a relatively high proportion of the hospitalization expenses of patients with malignant tumors.Hospital day,whether surgery and the way of admission have a greater impact on the hospitalization expenses of patients with malignant tumors.
