摘要 针对轨道交通车辆电缆密集、存在产生火灾的隐患,以及当前电缆温度监测的现状,设计了一种基于RFID的车辆电缆温度智能监测系统。该系统由电子标签、读写器和温度监测服务器组成,电子标签周期性采集电缆温度数据等信息,由读写器转发至服务器,当电缆温度大于报警阈值时,服务器进行声光报警,并将报警信息上传至车辆TCMS。测试表明,该系统能有效采集、记录电缆温度和超温自动报警,实现了电缆温度实时在线监测,提升了车辆智能化监测的水平。 Aiming at the dense cables of rail transit vehicles,the hidden danger of fire and the current status of cable temperature monitoring,a RFID-based vehicle cable temperature intelligent monitoring system is designed. The system consists of an electronic tag,a reader and a temperature monitoring server. The information such as cable temperature data collected by electronic tag periodically are sent to the server through the reader. When the cable temperature is greater than the alarm threshold,the server will alarm with sound and light and upload the alarm information to the vehicle TCMS. Tests show that the system can effectively collect and record cable temperature and automatically alarm over temperature,realizing real-time online monitoring of cable temperature and improving the level of intelligent vehicle monitoring.
