摘要
阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征(OSAHS)目前的首选治疗方法是持续气道正压通气, 然而其依从性差等问题成为临床面临的挑战。经鼻高流量治疗(HFNC)可提供高流量气流及相应的气道压力, 同时患者对其耐受性较高, 近年来已被尝试用于OSAHS的治疗。本文综述其相关研究历程和临床应用进展。
The current treatment of choice for obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome(OSAHS)is continuous positive airway pressure(CPAP).However,poor compliance with CPAP has become a clinical challenge.High flow nasal cannula(HFNC)therapy may be a well-tolerated alternative that could also offer certain positive airway pressure,which has been tried for the treatment of OSAHS recently.Herein,we review the progress of the clinical application of HFNC therapy in the treatment of OSAHS.
