摘要
该文采用泵浦光纤预拉方法得到一款泵浦耦合效率82%,信号光通过率98%,信号输入与泵浦输入隔离度33 dB,泵浦光反向隔离度24 dB的高效熔锥型侧面泵浦耦合器。将该耦合器应用于自制的20 W脉冲激光器,实现了峰值功率为7 kW的稳定激光输出。研究结果表明,所研制的熔锥型光纤侧面泵浦耦合器在高功率光纤激光器和光纤放大器中具有很好的应用前景。
In this paper,a high-efficiency fused taper side pump coupler with pump coupling efficiency of 82%,signal light passing rate of 98%,signal input and pump input isolation of 33 dB and pump light reverse isolation of 24 dB was achieved by using the pump fiber pre pulling method.The coupler was applied to a self-made 20 W pulse laser,and a stable laser output with a peak power of 7 kW was achieved.The results show that the fused taper fiber side pumped coupler has a good application prospect in high power fiber lasers and fiber amplifiers.
