Analysis on Construction of the New Development Pattern of′Double Cycle′from the Perspective of Marx′s World History Theory

马克思世界历史理论深入分析了资本主义生产方式向全球扩张过程中形成的世界性经济交往基本趋势,蕴含着资本扩张的积极成效及其内在矛盾。我国着力推动的双循环新发展格局构建,既要立足本国生产方式,又要把握世界经济交往的内在规律,两种力量有机结合才能营造良好的发展环境。从马克思世界历史理论出发,把构建国内大循环的生产、分配、交换、消费各个环节与国际贸易、投资、生产有机对接起来,超越以往的国内国际经济交往范式,重塑国际经济循环机制,助推我国构建双循环高质量的新发展格局。

Marx′s theory of world history deeply analyzes the basic trend of world economic communication formed in the process of the expansion of capitalist mode of production to the world.It contains the positive results and internal contradictions of capital expansion.Marx noticed the difference between the East and the West when analyzing the process of world history.He believed that each country can only promote its own development through′internal and external interconnection′integrating into the world pattern based on its own reality and playing the leading role of internal factors.Therefore,China′s efforts to promote the construction of a new double-cycle development pattern,we should not only base ourselves on the domestic mode of production,but also grasp the internal laws of world economic exchanges.Only by combining 2 forces organically can we create a good environment for development.Starting from Marx′s theory of world history,by building a large cycle of domestic production,distribution,exchange,consumption of all links with international trade,investment,production of organic docking,going beyond the previous domestic and international economic communication paradigm,reshaping the international economic cycle mechanism,we can boost the high-quality development of China.
