摘要
目标研究的目的是评估水通道蛋白1(AQP1)在切除肺腺癌(AC)患者癌组织样本中的表达水平和患者预后与肺AC复发的相关性。方法这项回顾性队列单中心病例对照研究纳入组织学诊断为肺AC的患者265例。通过免疫组织化学评估患者癌组织样本AQP1表达并区分为高表达和低表达。记录临床数据,对入组患者进行5年期随访。数据进行了多元Cox生存分析。结果在124例(46.8%)患者中检测到AQP1高表达。AQP1表达水平与除癌症TNM分期的其他临床和病理参数无显著相关性,相比AQP1低表达的患者,AQP1高表达的患者的生存期较短(P<0.001)。多元COX生存分析证实,AQP1高表达与肺AC复发与患者整体生存率显著相关(P<0.001)。结论结果证明,AQP1高表达导致肺AC患者的生存期缩短。可以认定AQP1的高表达是肺AC中重要的预后标志物。
Objective To investigate the correlation of the expression level of aquaporin 1(AQP1)in lung adenocarcinoma(AC)tissue with the prognosis and recurrence of the disease.Methods 265 patients with lung AC underwent complete resection of primary tumor and were followed up for 5 years.The cancer tissue samples obtained by surgical resection underwent pathological research.Multivariate Cox regression analysis was used to analyze the correlation of the expression level of AQP1 in the lung AC tissue with the prognosis and recurrence of the disease.Results Recurrence was seen in130 patients,and 90 of the 256 patients(34.0%)died of recurrence.141 with low expression of AQP1(53.2%),and 124(46.8%)with high expression of AQP1.AQP1 expression level did not correlate significantly with clinical and pathological parameters other than cancer TNM stage,and survival was shorter in patients with high AQP1 expression compared with those with low AQP1 expression(P<0.001).Multivariate Cox regression analysis showed that high AQP1 expression,gender of patient,and TNM stage were significantly associated with recurrence,and high AQP1expression and gender of the patient were the influencing factor of survival.Conclusion High AQP1 expression leads to shorter survival in patients with lung AC,and can be used as an important prognostic marker and a potential therapeutic target in pulmonary AC.
