摘要 目的探究基于微课的情境式CBL-PBL双轨教学在心内科见习中的应用。方法通过比较借鉴与理论创新的研究方式,分析当前心内科临床见习模式存在的问题,以及相关教学模式的利弊,从混合式教学模式设计入手,探索临床医学教学模式的改革。结果基于微课的情境式CBL-PBL双轨教学模式以心血管内科为试点,通过微课、情境教学、CBL教学和PBL教学的有机结合,形成一种全新的教学模式,以激发学生学习的主动性、培养和提高学生综合能力,帮助学生形成良好的临床思维,优化学习方式、提高教学效率。结论本研究构建基于微课的情境式CBL-PBL双轨教学是一种全新的混合式教学模式,在心内科见习教学中具有较好的科学性和实用性,可为临床教学提供一定的参考。 Objective To explore the application of situational CBL-PBL dual-track teaching based on Microlecture in cardiology probation.Methods By comparing the research methods of reference and theoretical innovation,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current clinical clerkship mode of cardiology department,as well as the advantages and disadvantages of related teaching modes,and explores the reform of clinical medicine teaching mode from the design of mixed teaching mode.Results The situational CBL-PBL dual-track teaching mode based on Microlecture takes cardiovascular medicine as the pilot.Through the organic combination of Microlecture,situational teaching,CBL teaching and PBL teaching,a brand-new teaching mode is formed to stimulate students'initiative in learning,cultivate and improve their comprehensive ability,and help students form good clinical thinking,optimize learning methods and improve teaching efficiency.Conclusion In this study,situational CBL-PBL dual-track teaching based on Microlecture is a brand-new mixed teaching mode,which is scientific and practical in probation teaching of cardiology department,and can provide some reference for clinical teaching.
