大思政格局下发挥高校学生公寓育人功能研究

A Study on Optimizing the Educational Functions of Student Apartments in Colleges and Universities under the Pattern of Big Ideology and Politics

高校学生公寓是大学生学习生活和人际交往的重要场所,是思政教育、学风建设、党团活动、平安校园建设的重要阵地。大思政格局下,高校学生公寓管理面临学生主动参与公寓管理的意识淡薄、公寓管理模式不够完善、公寓管理员育人意识不强、公寓思政教育阵地作用发挥不充分等困境,影响了学生公寓管理育人、服务育人、环境育人、文化育人功能的发挥。高校应更新管理理念,转变学生公寓管理模式;创新宿舍管理制度,增强学生公寓思政教育力量;抓好文化建设,增强学生公寓文化育人功能;创新管理手段,以党建引领学生公寓管理。

College student apartments are not only an important place for students to study,live,and interact with each other,but also an important position for ideological and political education,learning atmosphere building,Party and Youth League activities,and safe campus construction.Under the pattern of Big Ideology and Politics,the management of student apartments in colleges and universities faces some difficulties,such as weak awareness of students’active participation in apartment management,imperfect models of apartment management,poor awareness of apartment administrators’educating people,and inadequate role of apartments’ideological and political education,which has affected the play of functions of student apartments’management,service,environment,and culture in educating people.Colleges and universities should update their management concept and transform the student apartments management model,innovate their dormitory management system and enhance the power of ideological and political education in student apartments,do a good job in the cultural construction and improve the educational function of student apartment culture,innovate management means and lead the management of student apartments with the Party building.
