北京老旧小区的绿化设计与提升策略研究

Study on Greening Design and Upgrading Strategy of Old Residential Quarters in Beijing

随着城市化进程的不断发展,北京老旧居住小区普遍存在景观单一、生态紊乱且规划不完善等问题,影响了人们日常生活和城市可持续发展。文章从老旧小区现状改造出发,以绿化提升策略为手段在植物配置、平面绿化、垂直绿化3个方面将绿化设计融入居住区中,改善老旧小区生态匮乏、人与自然脱离的现状,打造景观生态,为人们提供丰富多样的活动场地和休闲场所,使人们能够自发地走进公共绿地范围进行活动,以期为城市老旧住宅小区设计提供参考。

With the continuous development of urbanization,the old residential areas in Beijing generally have problems such as single landscape,disordered ecology,and imperfect planning,which affect people’s daily life and the sustainable development of the city.This article starts from the transformation of the current situation of the old residential area,and uses the greening promotion strategy as a means to integrate the greening design into the residential area in three aspects:plant configuration,plane greening and vertical greening,so as to improve the current situation of the lack of ecology and the separation of man and nature in the old residential area.Landscape ecology provides people with a variety of activity venues and leisure places,so that people can spontaneously walk into the public green space for activities,in order to provide reference for the design of urban old residential quarters.
