贵州省“5+3”定向全科医生职业满意度及相关因素研究 被引量:1

摘要 [目的]调查已回到基层服务的贵州省“5+3”定向全科医生的职业满意度及影响因素,为基层卫生人才队伍建设相关政策完善提供依据。[方法]2021年使用自制问卷对贵州省已回归基层服务的“5+3”定向全科医生进行问卷调查,采用Likert反向5级计分法计1~5分,共回收有效问卷311份,有效率89.63%。[结果]贵州省“5+3”定向全科医生职业满意度得分为(2.99±0.71)分,职业满意度得分>3分者138人(占44.37%);不同婚姻状况、单位地理位置、行政职务、每日工作量特征者职业满意度得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);住培所学运用程度、当地激励政策执行程度、患者认可程度、收入满意程度、对全科医生职业热爱程度与职业满意度呈正相关。[结论]贵州省“5+3”定向全科医生职业满意度处于中等水平,需从落实相关激励政策、增加全科医生收入、优化培养与使用、加强宣传方面着手提升。 Objective To investigate the career satisfaction and influencing factors of“5+3”directional general practitioner(GP)who have returned to grassroots service in Guizhou Province so as to provide basis for the improvement of relevant policies on grassroots health personnel construction.Methods At the beginning of 2021,a self-made questionnaire survey was conducted among“5+3”directional GP who had returned to primary service in Guizhou Province.A total of 311 valid questionnaires were collected with an effective rate of 89.63%,and 1-5 points were counted by Likert reverse 5-level scoring method.Results The career satisfaction score of“5+3”directional GP in Guizhou province was 2.99±0.71,and 138(44.37%)of them were more than 3.There were statistically significant differences in career satisfaction scores among people with different marital status,geographical location,administrative position and daily workload(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between degree of career satisfaction and the degree of application of education in residential training,the degree of implementation of local incentive policies,the degree of recognition by patients,the degree of income satisfaction,and the degree of love for the career of GP.Conclusions The career satisfaction of“5+3”directional GP in Guizhou province is at a medium level,which needs to be improved by implementing relevant incentive policies,increasing the income of GP,optimizing training and employ,and strengthening publicity.
