石墨烯对杉木幼林生长的短期影响研究简报 被引量:1

A brief report on short-term effects of different concentrations of graphene on the growth of young Cunninghamia lanceolata plantation

摘要 [目的]分析不同质量浓度石墨烯与复合肥混施对1、3年生杉木幼林生长的影响,以期为杉木幼林科学施肥提供依据。[方法]采用完全随机区组设计,比较100、30、20 mg·L^(-1)石墨烯(0.5 L·株^(-1))与复合肥(50 g·株^(-1))混施(A_(1)~A_(3)处理)对杉木幼林树高、地径和冠幅生长的短期影响,以仅施复合肥为对照(CK)。[结果]随着石墨烯浓度的增加,1年生杉木幼林平均地径增幅先降低后升高,A_(1)处理有利于其地径生长;A_(3)处理则有利于树高及冠幅生长。随着石墨烯浓度的增加,3年生杉木幼林平均树高和冠幅增幅逐渐升高,A_(1)处理有利于其树高和冠幅的生长;A_(2)处理有利于地径生长。方差分析表明,混施对1年生杉木幼林地径生长及3年生幼林树高生长的影响差异显著。[结论]适宜质量浓度的石墨烯与复合肥混施有利于杉木幼林的生长。 [Purpose]The purpose of the study was to analyze the effects of different concentrations of graphene and compound fertilizer on the growth of 1-and 3-year-old Cunninghamia lanceolata young forest,so as to provide basis for scientific fertilization on young C.lanceolata forest.[Method]A completely randomized block design was used to compare the short-term effects of mixed application by different concentrations of graphene(100,30,20 mg·L^(-1),0.5 L·plant^(-1))and compound fertilizer(50 g·plant^(-1))on the growth of height,ground diameter and crown width of young C.lanceolata stand,with mono-application by compound fertilizer as control(CK).[Result]With the increase of graphene concentration,the average diameter increase of 1-year-old young C.lanceolata forest decreased at first and then increased.A_(1) treatment was beneficial to the ground diameter growth while A_(3) treatment was beneficial to the growth of height and crown width of 1-year-old young C.lanceolata forest.With the increase of graphene concentration,the average tree height and width growth of 3-year-old young C.lanceolata forest increased gradually,and A_(1) treatment was beneficial to the height and crown width growth while A_(2) treatment was beneficial to the ground diameter growth.The analysis of variance showed that there were significant differences in the effects of mixed application on the ground diameter growth of 1-year-old young C.lanceolata forest and the height growth of 3-year-old young forest.[Conclusion]The mixed application of suitable concentration of graphene and compound fertilizer is beneficial to the growth of young C.lanceolata forest.
