寿县农田防护林存在的问题及高质量发展建议

Existing Problems in and High-quality Development Suggestions for Farmland Shelter-forests in Shouxian County

农田防护林构筑了保护农田的生态屏障,既有生态效益、又有经济效益。本文从树种配置、林网结构、机制建设等方面指出了寿县农田防护林建设中存在的不足,并提出明确牵头单位和工作重点、从源头解压不断释放造林空间、精选优良树种提升林网防护、优化投入机制和运营管理、做好标准化建设和示范引领、建立发达完善的林木利用循环链等方面建议,以推动全县农田防护林高质量发展。

Farmland shelter-forests form ecological barriers for farmland with both ecological and economic benefits.In this paper,the existing deficiencies in developing farmland shelter-forests in Shouxian County were pointed out from such aspects as collocation of tree species,structure of forest network and institutional building.Some suggestions were put forward to promote high-quality development of farmland shelter-forests in the county,which include clearly defining the leading unit and work priorities,removing controls from the source to free space for afforestation,carefully choosing fine tree species to improve shelter-forest network protection,optimizing input mechanism and operational management,promoting standardization and demonstrative and leading role and establishing a well-developed and complete forest timber utilization circular chain.
