摘要
电厂的锅炉和汽机都是具有投资规模大、操作性高的相关特点的大型电厂汽机具有投资规模大、操作性高等特点。在日常的运行过程中,由于汽机内外部因素以及锅炉长时间连续运行后会出现由受热面管子磨损、材料性能老化导致的管道硬度、强度降低等问题,存在一定的安全隐患,如果无法及时找到并解决问题,造成锅炉爆管或者汽机无法正常运转的问题,会严重影响发电厂的安全生产以及经济效益,甚至威胁人民群众的生命财产安全。所以本文通过对发电厂锅炉和汽机设备的运行中的问题及应对措施进行分析,希望能给工作人员带来参考。
The boilers and steam turbines of the power plant are large-scale power plant steam turbines with the characteristics of large investment scale and high operability.In the daily operation process,due to the internal and external factors of the turbine and the long-term continuous operation of the boiler,there will be problems such as pipe hardness and strength reduction caused by the wear of the heating surface pipes and the aging of material properties.There are certain safety hazards.If it cannot be found in time and solve the problem,causing the boiler tube to burst or the steam turbine to not operate normally,which will seriously affect the safety production and economic benefits of the power plant,and even threaten the safety of people’s lives and property.Therefore,this paper analyzes the problems and countermeasures in the operation of boilers and turbine equipment in power plants,hoping to bring reference to the staff.
