摘要 介绍了兴澄特钢开发生产风电齿轮箱轴承用钢的关键工艺。在冶炼过程中采取精炼低氧低钛控制、钢包软吹、连铸轻压下、电磁搅拌、控轧控冷等技术,其产品纯净度高、有害元素含量低、组织均匀性高,填补了国内连铸工艺生产风电齿轮箱轴承的空白,产品质量达到国际先进水平。 The key technologies of wind turbine gearbox bearing steel developed and produced by Xingcheng Special Steel are introduced in this paper.In the steel making process,the low oxygen,low titanium control,and argon blowing technologies are applied.The soft reduction,and electromagnetic stirring technologies are adopted during the continuous casting process.The controlled rolling and controlled cooling process is used in the rolling production.The purity,harmful elements content,and microstructure homogenization of the products are obviously improved and the quality has reached the international advanced level.The product fills the blank of domestic wind turbine gearbox bearing steels produced by the continuous casting process.
