摘要
对430不锈钢BA板进行120h中性盐雾试验时存在取自同一组样品的试验结果差别较大的现象。为查明原因,取样进行电镜能谱检测,发现铝镁尖晶石复合型夹杂物是降低430不锈钢BA板耐盐雾腐蚀性能的重要因素,将控制夹杂物尺寸作为提升430不锈钢BA板的耐盐雾腐蚀能力工艺改进方向。
In the 120 h neutral salt spray test on 430 stainless steel BA plate,there are a large difference in the test results from the same group of samples.In order to find out the reason,samples were taken for electron microscope energy spectrum detection.It is found that the aluminum magnesium spinel composite inclusion is an important factor to reduce the salt spray corrosion resistance of 430 stainless steel BA plate,the control of inclusion size can be taken as the process improvement direction to improve the salt spray corrosion resistance of 430 stainless steel BA plate.
