钢铁行业有机固废危废采用热裂解工艺处理可行性分析 被引量:2

摘要 分析了采用热裂解工艺处理钢铁行业有机固废危废的可行性,着重介绍了利用热裂解炉,对某钢铁厂提供的废旧布袋、焦油渣、废油泥等有机固废热裂解试验过程,研究了固态产物中元素的组成,液相产物的析出温度区间和气液固的分配比例。研究结果发现,热裂解温度是决定有机固废热裂解过程的最主要的因素。 The feasibility of the treatment of organic solid waste in iron and steel industry is analyzed in this paper using thermal cracking process.The thermal cracking furnace is introduced,the old bag is provided for a certain steel works,tar slag,waste oil sludge and other organic solid waste heat cracking test process,the composition of the solid elements in the product and liquid product of precipitation temperature range and the distribution of the liquid-solid ratio are researched.The results show that the pyrolysis temperature is the most important factor to determine the pyrolysis process of organic solid waste.
