摘要
介绍了生物医学磁感应断层成像(magnetic induction tomography,MIT)的基本原理,从脑部功能成像、腹部出血监护成像、肺功能成像和心脏成像等方面分析了生物医学MIT的研究进展及其需要解决的问题,指出了开发符合临床应用标准的MIT硬件系统和成像算法是未来生物医学MIT面临的挑战,为推进生物医学MIT的临床应用研究提供了思路。
The basic principles of biomedical magnetic induction tomography(MIT) were expounded, and the research progresses and problems of biomedical MIT were mainly analyzed from the aspects of brain functional imaging, abdominal hemorrhage detection, pulmonary function imaging and cardiac imaging. The development of MIT hardware systems and imaging algorithms that met the standards for clinical application was pointed out as a challenge for future biomedical MIT,and ideas were provided for advancing the clinical application researches of biomedical MIT.
