Analysis on influencing factors of offshore oil drilling cost

随着海洋石油勘探和开发的不断深入,地质情况越来越复杂,因此对钻井设备和技术的要求越来越高,投资规模日益扩大,导致钻井成本也随之增加。由于海洋石油钻井工程项目单井投资高、作业涉及范围广、风险大,所以钻井成本的控制对油田勘探开发投资成本有着直接影响,更是对油气田勘探提质增效有举足轻重的作用。本文着重介绍海洋石油钻井成本概念、构成及其影响因素,对海洋石油钻井成本管理具有一定意义。

With the continuous deepening of offshore oil exploration and development,the geological conditions are becoming more and more complex,so the requirements for offshore oil drilling equipment and technology are getting higher and higher,the investment is increasing,and the drilling cost is increasing.Due to the high investment of a single well,a wide range of operations and great risks in offshore oil drilling engineering projects,the level of drilling costs has a direct impact on the company’s benefits,and also indirectly affects the investment cost of oil fields.This paper focuses on the concept,composition and influencing factors of offshore oil drilling cost,which is of great significance to offshore oil drilling cost management.
