摘要
经过装车栈桥实际应用,自动定位桁架鹤管系统内部伸缩管在升降过程中频繁出现卡阻、钢丝绳断裂现象,故障率较高,影响轻质油装车作业效率及安全。统计分析自动定位桁架鹤管系统运行中伸缩管卡阻原因,并通过技术攻关及现场试验,增加内部伸缩管壁厚,将钢丝绳卡卡紧方式改为楔形接头方式,有效解决故障问题,满足轻质油品液下装车要求,提升设备设施本质安全,保证装车效率。
Practical application of loading dock,the inner expansion pipe of the truss crane pipe system is frequently stuck and broken,high fault rate affects the operation efficiency and safety of light oil loading vehicles.Statistical analysis of the cause and through technical breakthroughs and field tests,increase the thickness of the inner expansion pipe,change steel wire rope clip-up to wedge joint.Effectively solve the problem of fault,meet the requirement of light oil loading,improve essential safety of equipment and facilities and ensure loading efficiency.
