不同气量需求情况下LNG气化技术选择

摘要 近年来居民和商业用气受环保政策推进、城镇化快速发展等因素拉动快速增长,城市燃气用量大幅度提升。南京市在该形势下需解决冬季天然气供应、冬夏季用气不均匀和市内燃气气柜去功能化的问题。即建设2台3万m;液化天然气(LNG)金属低温常压储罐以满足市内供气需求,其中冬夏季用气不均问题需采用合理的LNG气化方案来解决现有矛盾,使得供气成本更加经济。综合以上问题,设计采用空温式气化器、水浴式气化器和浸没燃烧式气化器相互结合的工艺技术,来满足城市需气量与不同季节用气不均衡的问题。 In recent years,residential and commercial natural gas have been promoted rapidly on account of the rapid develop of urbanization and protection environmental policy.Nanjing needs to solve primary three problems,which is the supply of natural gas in winter,uneven development between the winter and summer,and going out of service for gas holder function.Then,we build two metal storage tanks of three steres,which is low temperature and constant pressure,to meet the city demands of natural gas.In order to solve the problem of unbalanced dement of natural gas in winter and summer,it is necessary to use a reasonable gasification plan,and make this plan be more economical.In conclusion,we design a comprehensive scheme,which combined to air temperature gasifier,water bath gasifier and submersion burning gasifier,in order to meet uneven natural gas supply problems.
