摘要
随着西气东输一线、二线等一大批长距离天然气管道建设于投产,国内各区域天然气管道也陆续开工建设,中国迎来了天然气管道建设的一次飞速发展,因此在天然气输气管道建设中的项目管理中也变得尤为重要。项目管理是以施工项目为管理对象,以项目经理责任制为中心,以合同为依据,按施工项目的内在规律,实现资源的优化配置和对个生产要素进行有效地计划、组织、指导、控制,取得最佳的经济效益的过程。
With the construction and operation of a large number of long-distance natural gas pipelines such as the first and second lines of West to east gas transmission,and the construction of natural gas pipelines in various regions in China,China has ushered in a rapid development of natural gas pipeline construction.Therefore,it has become particularly important in the project management of natural gas pipeline construction.Project management is a process that takes the construction project as the management object,takes the project manager responsibility system as the center,takes the contract as the basis,and according to the internal law of the construction project,realizes the optimal allocation of resources and effectively plans,organizes,guides and controls each production factor,so as to obtain the best economic benefits.
