摘要
常规复合射孔技术将聚能射孔与火药结合,在射孔的同时进行高能气体压裂,有效地破碎射孔孔道压实带;但其只装配了一级火药,火药燃烧产生的能量偏低,有效作用时间短,常规复合射孔效果受限于装药量和压力脉冲级数。三级装药多脉冲射孔技术通过增加火药级数,控制不同级次的火药燃速,形成多个高能气体压裂脉冲,压力峰值高,有效作用时间长。该技术提高了对近井带的改造程度,能实现井筒周边2 m以上造缝、延缝,增强了地层的渗流能力,为非常规油气开采提供了新的思路。
Conventional compound perforating technology combines shaped energy perforating with gunpowder,and achieve high-energy gas fracturing along with the perforating to break perforation compacted zone effectively.However,it is only equipped with primary gunpowder,so the energy with gunpowder combustion and the effective action time is not enough.The effect of conventional compound perforating is limited by the quantity of explosives and pressure pulse stages.Three-stage charge multi-pulse perforating technology provides more high-energy gas fracturing pulses,with higher pressure peak and longer effective action time,by increasing the gunpowder stages and controlling the burning rate of different gunpowder.This technology improves the degree of stimulation of the near-wellbore zone,realizes and extends the length of fracture more than 2 meters.It enhances the permeability of the formation,and provides a new idea for unconventional oil and gas exploration.
