摘要
水平井水力泵送射孔技术一直是非常规油气资源开发的主要手段。传统的水平井水力泵送射孔作业过程存在井下情况不清晰,枪串运动状态不明确,操作人员、指挥人员及生产管理者之间信息交互不畅等问题。一旦遭遇突发情况,容易造成射孔枪串遇卡、电缆帽拉断等问题,处理代价较为高昂。为了最大程度地反映井下枪串运动状态,打破工程参与者间的沟通壁垒,开发了水平井泵送数据可视化系统。该系统采用“客户端-服务器”和“浏览器-服务器”的混合架构,实现了泵送跟踪、自动定位、语音提示、实时数据远程传输、数据分析、作业数据互联等功能。该系统目前已在川南页岩气区块完成部署,累计完成1200余口井的施工任务。
Horizontal well hydraulic pumping perforation technology has always been the main means of unconventional oil and gas resources development.The traditional horizontal well hydraulic pumping perforation string operation process has some problems,such as unclear downhole situation,unclear gun string movement state,poor information exchange among operators,commanders and production managers,etc.In case of an emergency,it is easy to cause the gun to get stuck in series,the cable cap to break and other complex projects,and the disposal cost is relatively high.In order to reflect the movement state of downhole gun to the greatest extent and break the communication barrier between engineering participants,a horizontal well pumping data visualization system is developed.The system adopts the hybrid architecture of“client-server”and“browser-server”,and realizes the functions of pumping tracking,automatic positioning,voice prompt,real-time data remote transmission,data analysis,job data interconnection and so on.The software has been deployed in southern Sichuan shale gas block,and has completed the construction of more than 1200 wells.
