学校铸牢中华民族共同体意识的理念与路径探析 被引量:1

摘要 学校作为铸牢中华民族共同体意识、开展民族团结进步教育的主阵地,是联结国家、地方和民族成员个体的特殊场域,能有效联结国家核心意识形态、地方(民族)意识生态和学生意识心态,帮助整合学生对族群属性、文化属性和政治属性等多重身份的认同。为此,在厘清铸牢中华民族共同体意识的理论内涵下,从宏观层面的国家意识形态、中观层面的地方文化生态和微观层面的学生个体心态入手,分析学校铸牢中华民族共同体意识的教育理念,即宏观层面秉承国家统一领导与核心价值观引领,加强各族学生的政治认同;中观层面强调多元文化关联与中华文化整合,促进各族学生的文化认同;微观层面注重个体身份认同递进与心理认知共通的理念,增进各族学生的民族认同。与此同时,将教育理念赋予具体的实践过程,进而实现各民族学生对中华民族共同体的政治认同、文化认同和民族认同。 The school,as the main position of consolidating the consciousness of chinese national and carrying out the education of national unity and progress,is a special field connecting the country,local and national members,it can effectively link national core ideology,local(national) ideological ecology and students’ ideological psychology,and help integrate students’ identification with multiple identities such as ethnic,cultural and political attributes. To this end,in clarifying the theoretical connotation of consciousness of chinese national,starting with the macro-level national ideology,the meso-level local cultural ecology and the micro-level individual mentality of students,this paper analyzes the educational concept of consciousness of chinese national,that is,adhering to the national unified leadership and core values,and strengthening the political identity of students of all ethnic groups;At the meso-level,it emphasizes the connection of multi-culture and the integration of Chinese culture to promote the cultural identity of students of all ethnic groups,and at the micro-level,it emphasizes the idea of individual identity progressive and psychological cognition common to enhance the national identity of students of all groups. At the same time,the concept of education will be given a concrete process of practice,thus realizing the political identity,cultural identity and national identity of students of all ethnic groups to the community for the Chinese nation.
