摘要
以习近平总书记“人类命运共同体”思想为理论指导,思考人的“公共性”品质的培养,是新时期教育发展的新方向。习近平总书记提出的人类命运共同体思想的核心理念是“分享、合作、共赢、包容”,其内涵包括伙伴关系、安全格局、经济发展、文明交流和生态建设等思想领域,充分体现了中国传统文化的“各美其美”“美美与共”的发展理念。人类命运共同体思想对人的培养赋予了新理念:教育不仅要培养人的个体性,弘扬主体性,但更要培养人的公共性,塑造人的合作品质和共享、包容意识。教育实践中要注重对人的公共意识和公共品质的培养,超越以往教育中个体性和主体性的过度弘扬而产生的对公共意识的遮蔽,让学生树立“合作共赢”的发展理念和“休戚与共”的忧患意识,确立“仁爱相遇”的他者思维,建构“生命互涉”的共存品质和“命运与共”的全球视野,培养具有公共精神、合作共赢和共享品质的社会主义事业的建设者和接班人。
The thought of a community with a shared future of mankind has given a new idea to the cultivation of people: education should not only cultivate people’s individuality and promote subjectivity, but also cultivate people’s publicity and shape people’s cooperation quality and sense of sharing and tolerance. In educational practice, we should pay attention to the cultivation of people’s public consciousness and public quality, go beyond the shielding of public consciousness caused by the excessive promotion of individuality and subjectivity in previous education, let students establish the development concept of“win-win cooperation”and the sense of hardship of“sharing weal and woe”, establish the other thinking of“benevolence meets”, construct the coexistence quality of“life interaction”and the global vision of“fate and common”, and cultivate a public spirit The builders and successors of the socialist cause of win-win cooperation and shared quality.
