摘要
针对动车组换气装置用逆变器的热设计问题,首先通过逆变器的主电路电气参数计算完成IGBT模块的选型,然后根据经验公式计算出IGBT模块和电抗器的损耗,再利用FLUENT软件计算得到逆变器柜体内部的速度场与温度场.仿真结果表明:整流部分和逆变部分的IGBT模块芯片最高温度分别为89.3和82.6℃,低于允许的最高工作结温125℃,而电抗器的最高温度为132.76℃,低于绝缘材料的最高允许温度155℃.仿真结果的准确性得到温升试验的验证,热仿真分析的方法可为动车组换气装置的产品开发提供理论指导.
Aiming at the thermal design problem of the inverter used in the air exchange device of EMU,the selection of IGBT module is completed through the calculation of the electrical parameters of the main circuit of the inverter,the losses of IGBT module and reactor are calculated according to the empirical formula,and the velocity field and temperature field inside the inverter cabinet are calculated by using FLUENT software.The simulation results show that the maximum temperature of the IGBT module chip in rectifier part and inverter part is 89.3℃and 82.6℃respectively,which is lower than the maximum operation junction temperature of 125℃,while the maximum temperature of the reactor is 132.76℃,which is lower than the maximum allowable temperature of insulating material of 155℃.The accuracy of the simulation results is verified by the temperature rise test.The thermal simulation method can provide theoretical guidance for the product development of EMU ventilation device.
