摘要
糖尿病合并皮肤瘙痒症是糖尿病常见的并发症,临床表现为顽固性皮肤瘙痒并存在感染风险,严重影响患者的正常工作与生活。目前现代医学以对症治疗为主,暂无较好的治疗方法。中医对皮肤瘙痒症诊疗具有悠久的历史,疗效确切。王晓蕴教授精研古籍,以消渴病机理为切入点,归纳总结出糖尿病合并皮肤瘙痒症主要病机为营卫不和、贼风作祟,据此确立以调和营卫、养血祛风治疗原则,并制订桂枝汤为主方的治疗方法,效果显著。本文总结王晓蕴教授对糖尿病合并皮肤瘙痒症的中医病因病机、临床表现、治疗原则、处方及治疗经验等,以医案举隅形式浅析其对该病症的诊疗思路。
Diabetes mellitus with skin itching pruritus is the most common complication of diabetes mellitus,mainly manifested by stubborn pruritus,which seriously aff ects normal work and life and easily causes infection.Modern medicine is based on symptomatic treatment.And there is no better treatment available.Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has a long history of diagnosis and treatment of pruritus,and a defi nite therapeutic eff ect.Professor Wang Xiaoyun studied ancient medical books and analysed on the pathogenetic characteristics of xiaoke disease in TCM,and concluded that diabetes with pruritus is mainly caused by disharmony between ying and wei,and a bad wind takes the chance to disturb the normal order of normal human body.And the treatment principle of harmonizing ying and wei,and nourishing blood to dispel the wind was adopted.The treatment methods of Guizhi Tang were developed,which had a signifi cant therapeutic eff ect.This paper summarizes professor Wang Xiaoyun’s analysis of the cause and pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,treatment principles,prescription and treatment experience of diabetes mellituswith skin pruritus based on TCM.The diagnosis and treatment of the disease are analyzedin the form of a medical case example.
