archives management is of great significance to the development of units.But the biggest characteristic of archives management is that it is easy to produce backlog problem in the process of storage and collection,which is not conducive to the utilization of archives resources.This paper first analyzes the causes of backlog problem in archives management,then analyzes the relevant countermeasures,and finally looks forward to the development trend of archives management.
