摘要
山西阳光发电有限责任公司#4机组DCS系统改造项目采用上海新华控制技术(集团)有限公司的XDC-800分散控制系统。为保证机组安全、经济运行,提高自动投入率,增强控制抗干扰能力,对协调控制系统策略进行了优化。文章通过分析该机组DCS改造过程中AGC功能设计、组态和优化调试,详细介绍了DCS系统改造后的机组协调控制策略,为同类型机组的优化提供了经验。
The DCS system transformation project of#4 unit of Shanxi Sunshine Power Generation Co.,LTD.,adopts the XDC-800 decentralized control system of Shanghai Xinhua Control Technology(Group)Co.,LTD.In order to ensure the safe and economic operation of the unit,improve the automatic input rate,and enhance the control and anti-interference ability,the coordination control system strategy is optimized.By analyzing the AGC function design,configuration and optimization debugging in the DCS transformation process of Sunshine#4 unit,this paper introduces the unit coordination control strategy of DCS system transformation in detail,which provides experience for the optimization of the same type of unit.
