350 MW超临界循环流化床锅炉负荷阶跃特性解析

摘要 在循环流化床锅炉技术改革发展中,流化床机组在电网中比例不断升高。由于其展现出了热惯性大、动态调峰能力薄弱等特点,导致电网负荷调度随时吸收新能源的能力不断下降。为了更好地了解循环流化床机组的实际负荷调节率,需要对一台350 MW超临界循环流化床发电机组开展变负荷阶跃试验活动,根据试验结果得知,当机组以2 MW的负荷变化速率时,系统热负荷满足相应的电负荷率的最大阶跃为60 MW;当机组以3~4.5 MW的负荷变化速率时,系统热负荷满足相应的电力负荷率的最大阶跃为30 MW。超临界循环流化床锅炉满足机组自动负荷控制,响应速度容易受到步进量的影响。 In the technological reform and development of CFB boiler,the proportion of CFB unit in power grid is increasing.However,it shows the characteristics of large thermal inertia and weak dynamic peak-shaving ability,which leads to the continuous decline of the capacity of power grid load dispatching to absorb new energy at any time.In order to better understand the actual load regulation rate of CFB unit,it is necessary to carry out variable load step test on a 350 MW supercritical CFB generator unit.According to the test results,when the unit changes at the load rate of 2 MW,the maximum step of the system thermal load to meet the corresponding electric load rate is 60 MW.When the unit load rate varies from 3 to 4.5 MW,the maximum step of the system thermal load to meet the corresponding power load rate is 30 MW.The supercritical circulating fluidized bed boiler meets the automatic load control of the unit and the response speed is easily affected by the stepping quantity.
