摘要
安全链保护系统作为由风机控制硬节点组成最后一道安全保护防线,能够确保机组在安全范围内可靠运行,安全链故障情况下可能危及风机安全。以华创机组为例,该机组安全链采用三级安全链设计,以优先程度按硬接点递进,急停安全链为最高级别,涉及急停按钮、PLC急停使能等接点,一级安全链为振动等优先级接点,二级安全链为变桨安全链使能信号等接点,三级安全链层层相扣,保证机组安全稳定运行。
The safety chain protection system,as the last line of safety protection consisting of wind turbine control hard nodes,can ensure the reliable operation of the unit within a safe range,and may endanger the safety of the wind turbine in the event of a safety chain failure.Taking the Huachuang unit as an example,the safety chain of the unit adopts a three-level safety chain design,which is progressive by hard contact according to the priority.The emergency stop safety chain is the highest level,involving contacts such as emergency stop button and PLC emergency stop enable.The safety chain is a priority contact such as vibration,the second-level safety chain is a contact such as the enabling signal of the pitch safety chain,and the third-level safety chain is linked layer by layer to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit.
