轨道式智能巡视机器人在输煤皮带廊道的应用研究

摘要 目前输煤廊道的检查仍以人工检查为主。在人工检查中,由于线路较长,不能频繁巡视,检查工作的效率不高,虽然现场一般都有监控摄像头,但存在盲点。文章介绍了一种基于轨道的煤带走廊智能检测机器人,它包括行走主机、轨道抓取和爬升装置、环境检测装置和监控装置。通过使用智能检测机器人代替人工对输煤皮带走廊进行检测,不仅可以避免环境问题对人员造成的危害,还可以提高输煤系统的实际检测效率和安全水平。 The coal handling system of coal power plant is long and the environment is poor.It is a high incidence area of fire.At present,the inspection of coal handling corridor is still dominated by manual inspection.In manual inspection,due to the long line,frequent inspection cannot be conducted,and the efficiency of inspection is not high.Although there are generally surveillance cameras on the site,there are blind spots.This paper introduces an intelligent detection robot for coal belt corridor based on track,which includes walking host,track grasping and climbing device,environment detection device and monitoring device.By using intelligent detection robot instead of manual detection of coal conveying belt corridor,it can not only avoid the harm caused by environmental problems to personnel,but also improve the actual detection efficiency and safety level of coal conveying system.
