摘要
由于电力行业大发展,发电厂锅炉参数不断提高,而参数的提高也带来了锅炉水冷壁更高要求,即使新材料可以承受更高温度等参数,但运行中产生一些异常情况还是导致了很多超温现象,影响高参数锅炉水冷壁超温的因素主要有水冷壁存在结焦、煤水比调整失败、火焰出现偏向及斜位、水冷壁节流孔圈及管道被异物堵塞等等。目前运行中对策主要是从调节燃烧供风、调节过热减温水、调节吹灰方式、调节负荷速率、调节磨煤机稳定煤粉供应、防止出现炉内干扰燃烧工况变化大等对策来阻止或减缓水冷壁超温。
Due to the great development of the power industry,the boiler parameters of the power plant are continuously improved,and the improvement of the parameters also brings higher requirements for the boiler water wall.Even if the new materials can withstand higher temperatures and other parameters,some abnormal conditions in operation still lead to many overtemperature phenomena.The main factors affecting the overtemperature of the high parameter boiler water wall are coking of the water wall,failure to adjust the coal water ratio,deviation and skew of the flame The orifice ring and pipe of water wall are blocked by foreign matters,etc.At present,the Countermeasures in operation are mainly to prevent or slow down the overtemperature of the water-cooled wall by adjusting the combustion air supply,adjusting the superheated desuperheating water,adjusting the soot blowing mode,adjusting the load rate,adjusting the pulverizer to stabilize the pulverized coal supply,preventing the interference in the furnace and the large change of combustion conditions.
