关于某风电场电力电缆击穿事故探讨

摘要 高压电力电缆击穿事故,会使发电量严重损失,严重影响风电场的经济效益。通过分析某风电场中大规模使用35 kV高压电力电缆过程中遇到的电缆击穿问题,根据该风电场内实际电力电缆击穿事故及相关保护设备的动作状态,讨论事故发生的原因。高压电力电缆击穿问题,击穿部位都是发生在电缆中段,不是终端头电缆绝缘薄弱处击穿,推断是电缆金属套未正确接地导致悬浮电压过高引起的电缆击穿。由此提升设计、生产制造、运行人员、维护人员的水平,最终减少相关事故的发生。 The breakdown accident of high-voltage power cables causes serious loss of power generation and seriously affects the economic benefits of wind farms.Through the analysis of the cable breakdown problems encountered during the large-scale use of 35 kV high-voltage power cables in this wind farm,the reasons for these accidents are discussed according to the actual power cable breakdown accidents in the wind farm and the operating status of related protection equipment.The breakdown of high-voltage power cables occurs in the middle of the cable,not at the weak insulation of the terminal cable.It is inferred that the cable metal sleeve is not properly grounded,resulting in cable breakdown caused by excessive suspension voltage.As a result,the level of design,manufacturing,operation and maintenance personnel is improved,and the occurrence of related accidents is ultimately reduced.
