地铁盾构工程建设中砂卵石地层土压盾构的开仓换刀施工技术

摘要 大量案例与研究证明,在砂卵石地层中盾构机的刀具耗损速度过快,而为确保在该类地层中施工的稳定进行,盾构机不可避免需频繁替补刀具。成都17号地铁线北端盾构隧道工程所穿越地层以富水砂卵石地层居多,工程采取常压进仓方式替换刀具。文章以探究此工程的开仓换刀加固方式为核心,提供在相似地质内施工欲设计常压开仓换刀加固方案。 A large number of cases and studies have proved that the tool loss speed of shield machine in sand pebble stratum is too fast,and in order to ensure the stable construction in such strata,shield machine inevitably needs to replace tools frequently.In the case of shield tunnel project at the north end of Chengdu Metro Line 17,the stratum crossed through is mostly water-rich sand pebble stratum,and the project adopts the constant pressure inlet method to replace the tool.This paper will take the core of exploring the warehouse opening knife reinforcement method of this project,in order to desige the constant pressure warehouse opening knife reinforcement scheme in similar geology.
