汽轮发电机组的危急遮断装置(ETS)是保障机组的重要保护执行机构,当发生某种可能危急汽轮机组安全运行的紧急情况时,ETS装置向危急遮断模块发出指令可使汽轮机关闭蒸汽阀紧急遮断停机,避免汽轮机组发生重大损伤事故。文章介绍了某热电联产机组危急遮断模块的组成和保护动作原理,以及模块运行中发生的故障状况和改造方案。

The emergency trip device(ETS)of steam turbine generator unit is an important protection actuator to ensure the safe operation of the unit.In case of an emergency that may endanger the safe operation of the steam turbine unit,the ETS device sends a command to the emergency trip module to make the steam turbine close the steam valve for emergency shutdown and avoid major damage accidents of the steam turbine unit.This paper introduces the composition and protection action principle of the emergency trip module of a cogeneration unit,as well as the fault condition and transformation scheme in the operation of the module.
