摘要
首先介绍开展电动汽车直流充电接口互操作性测试的背景。在此基础上,围绕测试装置执行的技术路线、针对电动汽车充电过程发生故障的自动分析定位方法(包含充电设备核心元器件的失效机理与模型建立、充电设备运行可靠性评价指标体系及各部件寿命预测技术、充电设备及元器件质量评价等)展开分析。重点对电动汽车直流充电接口互操作性测试装置的构成(包括设计原则、软硬件构成及作用原理、优缺点等)展开分析。
Firstly,This Paper Introduces the Background of Interoperability Test of Dc Charging Interface of Electric Vehicle.on This Basis,the Analysis is Carried out Around the Technical Route Executed by the Test Device and the Automatic Analysis and Positioning Method for the Failure of Electric Vehicle Charging Process(including the Failure Mechanism and Model Establishment of Core Components of Charging Equipment,the Operation Reliability Evaluation Index System of Charging Equipment and the Life Prediction Technology of Various Components,the Quality Evaluation of Charging Equipment and Components,Etc.).the Composition of the Interoperability Test Device for Dc Charging Interface of Electric Vehicle(including Design Principle,Software and Hardware Composition,Action Principle,Advantages and Disadvantages,Etc.)is Analyzed.
