2015—2020年合肥都市圈生态效率水平测度与提升研究

Research on the Measurement and Improvement of Ecological Efficiency Level in Hefei Metropolitan Area from 2015—2020

以2015—2020年合肥都市圈七个城市为研究对象,运用Super-SBM模型对各市生态效率进行测算,并通过测算Malmquist指数反映合肥都市圈生态效率的动态变化,最后使用Tobit模型实证检验合肥都市圈生态效率的影响因素。实证结果表明:合肥都市圈生态效率呈现逐年上升的趋势,但总体水平较低且圈内区域差异较大;研究期间年均全要素增长率为8.6%,其中,技术进步是推动增长率的主要动力;科技水平对生态效率产生显著的正影响,城镇化水平对生态效率产生显著的负影响,结合研究结论提出相关建议。

Taking Hefei metropolitan area from 2015 to 2020 as the research object,this paper makes an empirical analysis by using super SBM model,Malmquist index and tobit regression model.The results show that the ecological efficiency of Hefei metropolitan area shows an upward trend year by year,and the average annual total factor growth rate during the study period is 8.6%,among which technological progress is the main driving force.The level of science and technology and urbanization have a significant impact on ecological efficiency.Finally,combined with the research conclusions,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions.
