摘要
子宫内膜癌是最常见的妇科恶性肿瘤之一,术前对其精确分级、分期及评估高危因素有助于患者的精准化及个体化治疗。影像组学具有无创、精确的特点,为妇科恶性肿瘤的诊断及预后提供了一种与病理活检互补的方法。近年基于CT、MRI和PET/CT的影像组学研究应用于子宫内膜癌,主要领域包括进行术前风险分层、病理分级、肌层浸润深度、淋巴结转移及淋巴血管间隙浸润等,本文对以上领域的研究现状及应用前景进行综述。
Endometrial cancer is one of the most common gynecological malignancies.Accurate preoperative classification,staging and assessment of risk factors are conducive to precise and individualized treatment for patients.Radiomics provides a supplemental method to pathological biopsy for the diagnosis and prognosis of gynecologic malignancies with the non-invasive and accuracy characteristics.Recently,more and more radiomics studies based on CT,MRI and PET/CT have been applied to endometrial cancer.The main fields include preoperative risk stratification,pathological grade,depth of myometrial invasion,lymph node metastases and lymphatic vascular space invasion and so on.This article summarizes the research status and application prospects in the above fields.
