摘要
女性生育力是指女性能够产生卵母细胞、受精正常并孕育胎儿的能力。影响生育力的因素复杂,其中年龄增长所致的生育力下降是不可逆转的,而影响卵巢、输卵管和子宫功能的病理因素可加速生育力的损害,其他还包括环境污染、不良生活方式、社会因素以及精神心理因素等。
Female fertility refers to the capacity to produce oocytes,achieve fertilization and become pregnant.There are many factors affecting fertility,in which age-related fertility decline is irreversible.Pathological factors influencing the function of the ovary,fallopian tube and uterus may accelerate the damage to fertility.Other factors include environment pollution,unhealthy lifestyle,social factors and psychophysiological factors.
