摘要 女性生育力指女性能够产生卵母细胞、受精正常并孕育胎儿能力。生育力评估涵盖三方面:卵巢储备功能、生殖道结构和功能及全身因素等。文章就目前临床上应用于以上评估方面的常用方法作一阐述。 Female fertility refers to the ability of women to produce oocytes,fertilize normally,and successfully give birth.An assessment of female fertility includes the ovarian reserve,structure and function of genital tract and systemic factors.This paper makes a review on the common methods used in the clinical evaluation of the above aspects.
