摘要
我国老年人口数量逐年攀升,老龄化现象已提前到来,人口老龄化所带来的多种疾病大大增加了国家卫生医疗支出,造成了沉重的经济负担。特别是随着年龄的增长骨骼肌功能逐渐降低,跌倒风险不断升高,这无疑给老年人及其家庭带来沉重负担。通过查阅文献发现肠道菌群在调控骨骼肌衰老方面具有重要作用,因此本综述通过总结骨骼肌衰老的表现及其机制并探讨肠道菌群调控骨骼肌衰老的可能机制,以期为预防骨骼肌衰老提供理论支持。
The number of the elderly population in China is increasing year by year,and the aging phenomenon has come ahead of schedule.Many diseases brought about by the aging population have greatly increased the national health care expenditure and caused a heavy economic burden.Especially,with the increase of age,the function of skeletal muscle gradually decreases and the risk of falling increases,which undoubtedly brings a heavy burden to the elderly and their families.Through consulting literature,it is found that intestinal flora plays an important role in regulating skeletal muscle aging.Therefore,this review summarizes the performance and mechanism of skeletal muscle aging and discusses the possible mechanism of intestinal flora regulating skeletal muscle aging,in order to provide theoretical support for preventing skeletal muscle aging.
