基于LabVIEW的某型涡扇发动机加力泵测试平台设计

摘要 由于我国目前的航空发动机控制附件多采用液控而非电子控制,因此需要专用的液压试验台对检修后的发动机液压控制附件进行测试。然而,目前大多数测试台为手动式或半自动式,其缺点是测试功能单一,集成度不高,自动化程度低,且测试过程中还存在一些人为差错;为有效解决上述问题,文中以国产华研工控机为基础,并基于LabVIEW系统开发了该试验台的测控系统,形成可实现数据采集、数据分析、数据处理的自动化液压综合试验平台,用于维修后的某新型涡扇发动机加力泵的性能测试。 Since most of the current aero engine control accessories in our country use hydraulic control and non-electronic control,a special hydraulic test bench is needed to test the engine hydraulic control accessories after maintenance.However,most of the current test benches are manual or semi-automatic.The shortcomings are that the test function is single,the integration is not high,the degree of automation is low,and there are some human errors in the test process.In order to effectively solve the above problems,this topic is based on domestic Huayan industrial computer as the basis,and based on the LabVIEW system to develop the measurement and control system of the test bench,forming an automated hydraulic comprehensive test platform for data acquisition,data analysis,and data processing,which is used for the repair of a new turbofan engine afterburner pump performance testing.
