仿人机器人颈部结构设计与优化仿真

摘要 为了使仿人机器人在迎宾、表演时更加地生动形象,在现有仿人机器人基础上加入了颈部结构设计,让机器人能模拟人体颈部的简单动作,从而最终实现机器人更好的情感表达。在对人类颈部结构特点和脊椎进行生物运动分析的基础上,提出了一种仿人机器人颈部的机械结构设计方案。以SolidWorks为关键三维建模软件,建立颈部机构的理论三维模型。根据三维模型对主要受力点进行受力分析,对主要结构进行拓扑优化,从而设计出实用、稳定的颈部机构,最终实现机器人点头、摇头动作。 In order to make the humanoid robot more vivid when welcoming guests or performing,the neck structure design is added to the existing humanoid robot,so that the robot can simulate the simple movements of the human neck,and finally achieve better emotional expression of the robot.On the basis of analyzing the structural characteristics of human neck and the biological movement of spine,a mechanical structure design scheme of humanoid robot neck is proposed.Taking SolidWorks as the key 3D modeling software,the theoretical 3D model of the neck mechanism is established.According to the three-dimensional model,the main stress points are analyzed,and the topology of the main structure is optimized,so as to design a practical and stable neck mechanism,and finally realize the robot nodding and shaking its head.
