摘要
针对某大型泵站拍门缓冲装置,设计了一套可人机交互并可进行远程控制的拍门缓冲控制系统。该系统以PLC作为管控核心器件,通过电气系统来控制液压系统,进而调控拍门的启闭过程,并最终达成拍门闭合时的分段、分时、分速缓冲要求。介绍了该大型泵站拍门装置实现拍门启闭及闭合缓冲之液压调控系统的设计细节,给出了具体控制系统硬件的选型、接线示例,提供了基于PLC的控制策略与流程图。文中开发的控制系统可以与泵站内的上位机进行通信,并可通过触摸屏一方面可视化拍门装置的运行,另一方面可修改PLC寄存器内的设定值以适应不同规格的拍门缓冲需求。经现场实机应用表明,该控制系统工作稳定可靠,有效满足了客户提出的安全启闭以及实现分段分时变速闭门缓冲的任务需求,有力地保障了泵站的安全运行程度并提升了泵站的自动化管控程度。
Aiming at a large pump station flap valve buffer device,a set of door flap buffer control system which can carry on man-machine interaction and remote control is designed.The system takes PLC as the control core,controls the hydraulic system through the electrical system,and then controls the opening and closing of the flap valve through the hydraulic system,and finally achieves the buffer requirements of section,time sharing and speed division when the flap valve is closed.This paper introduces the design of the hydraulic system for the opening and closing and the buffering of the flap valve in the large pumping station,proposes the selection of the hardware of the specific control system,the example of wiring,and especially provides the control strategy and flow chart based on PLC.The developed control system can communicate with the upper computer in the pump station,and can also visualize the operation of the buffer device through the touch screen and modify the set value in the PLC register to meet the requirements of different specifications of the flap valve buffer.The field operation and application of the actual machine show that the control system runs stably and reliably,and effectively achieves the requirements of safe opening and closing as well as realizing of the task requirements of segmented time-sharing variable speed door closing buffer,and effectively improves the degree of safety and automation control of the pump station.
