摘要 针对电液伺服系统半实物仿真平台理论和应用技术研究不足的问题,开发了一款基于Windows系统的半实物仿真平台原理样机。该平台借助GSL数值算法库求解微分方程完成对电液伺服系统动态特性的仿真,利用数据采集卡作为实物系统和半实物系统之间通信的端口,实现了高精度定时下的半实物仿真功能。仿真试验的运行结果证明,该原理样机的技术方案是可行的。 Aiming at the problem of insufficient research on the theory and application technology of the hardware-in-theloop simulation platform for electro-hydraulic servo system,a windows-based hardware-in-the-loop simulation platform prototype is developed.The platform uses GSL numerical algorithm library to solve differential equations to complete the simulation of the dynamic characteristics of the electro-hydraulic servo system,and uses the data acquisition card as the communication port between the physical system and the hardware-in-the-loop system to realize the hardware-in-the-loop simulation function under high precision timing.The simulation results show that the technical scheme of the prototype is feasible.
