基于正交试验的发动机连体轴瓦铸造工艺优化

摘要 设计了发动机连体轴瓦铸件的铸造工艺,设计了三因素三水平正交试验,采用数值模拟和统计分析的方法,分析了发动机轴瓦充型过程、凝固过程,以铸件残余熔体模数为判据进行了缺陷预测,重点分析了浇铸温度、浇铸高度、冷铁布置位置的变化对铸件质量的影响,确定了优化的工艺参数组合。产品试制试验和X射线探伤检测显示铸件致密性良好,铸件质量可靠,工艺方案和工艺参数合理可行。 The casting process of the engine joint bushing castings is designed.The numerical simulation and statistical analysis method are used to analyze the filling process and solidification process of the engine bushing and the defect prediction based on the residual melt modulus of the casting by three-factor three-level orthogonal test.The effect of changes in temperature,casting height,and cold iron placement on the quality of the casting determines the optimized combination of process parameters.The product trial test and X-ray flaw detection show that the casting has good compactness,the casting quality is reliable,and the process plan and process parameters are reasonable and feasible.
